15-16 November 2017: 2nd transnational partner meeting in Neumünster (Germany)

The second meeting will take place in Neumünster, Germany and will be hosted by the lead partner Diakonie Schleswig Holstein. The meeting will be the first since the kick-off in Stockholm back in June. Partners from the whole consortium are expected to participate.
